Chip has been a REALTOR® since 1989 , bringing almost four decades of experience, professionalism, and personal service to the clients he represents. Licensed in Texas, Florida, and Tennessee, his primary focus today is helping sellers and buyers in Tyler, Texas and surrounding areas, while continuing to serve longtime clients in Destin, Florida, where he has owned and operated a real estate brokerage for more than 22 years. Chip has had the privilege of serving over 1300 families and individuals in their real estate transactions.
Throughout his career, Chip has believed that the more he learns, the better he can serve his clients. That commitment to professional development has led him to earn several respected real estate designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and New Home Sales Specialist. Chip has also trained and coached brokers and agents in developing their systems and building their businesses for 9 years.
